I still looking for a cheapest hosting plan for my small web site but im confused , there are too many hosting and i do not which is the best for me

If you like to create websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website, I got more than 100 websites in about 6 months' time), go for multiple web hosting services where you could host all your websites in one account.

If you are willing to pay a nominal fee then http://www.godaddy.com would be your best option.





Microsoft Office Live offers a free domain http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/office... but it will include their logo and link to their service on your site. They are hoping to snag a large share of the market by offering a free domain, hosting and 500MB of storage. It will require a credit card to verify your age.

And if you use the Netscape browser, the built-in Composer feature is a superior HTML authoring tool. You can easily generate a full-blown website as a Homepage.





Nevertheless, the "homepage" URL is likely to be "http://homepage.earthlink.com/subscribe... name" and that URL can easily be overwritten via a redirection service, i.e., "mydomain.com" which allows you to link any registered domain name to "mask" another website. For example, should you type in the "domain name," you will be immediately transported to the homepage and the hompage URL of http://homepage.earthlink.com/subscriber... a homepage URL which will be masked by the domain name. And the charge for the redirection service [even at godaddy.com] is normally FREE.





Here's a demonstration: Type in the URL window: "www.pizzanextdoor.com" which will bring up their pizza website. Take note of the domain name. Then type in the URL window: "http://home.pacbell.net/vten/1a/pizzame... and you will see that this is the original homepage which is unmasked without the domain name.

Reply:Cheapest is not the way to go for a small online business, though it would be alright for a personal site. Cheap hosts overload their servers, so if you own a business, customers will come, get annoyed with the slowness, and leave.





If you are doing a personal site, unless you have some insane resource needs (like gigabytes of space, and tens of hundreds of gigabytes of bandwith) then you should be able to use free hosts. Just search for free web host and you'll get tons.
