One reason people don't go with the cheapest host in the world is they don't look around enough. I don't know how I stumbled upon webhostingbuzz, because they are very obscure, but I'm glad I did. Also, people will stick around with an old expensive host because it is a pain to transfer accounts. Others buy plans because they saw the company's commercial durring the superbowl and didn't bother finding out that they are more expensive because of that superbowl ad.
